How might we make the process of applying a job easier for people who are looking for legal jobs by building a product that helps keep track of all the information about the hiring process. In order to achieve this, it was important that the product allows people to view new roles, keep track of the events performed during the hiring process for each job opening, etc seamlessly.

Also despite the fact that online job search is now more preferable than traditional methods - leading to better matches between the job seekers and the employer's intents - there is still little insight into how online job searches can be made effective. R1 AI-based job search engine results show that job searches have specific attributes which can be used by search engines to increase the quality of the search results.
Problem
Users rely on different search engines and websites to find suitable roles, it is often difficult to refine specific roles that suit one's portfolio or skillset. Handling multiple parts of different types of job openings simultaneously makes it's too complicated and cumbersome, since different job openings may have a completely different hiring process. So keeping track of all your applications can be a challenge.
Ideation & Wireframing
After conducting user interviews and understanding the problems,
I had the basic idea of what users look for in a job search environment and how the product should help them.
Some of the key aims where:

Reduce cognitive load.

Make sure users know what is a button and what is not a button.

Reduce the number of steps in the AMA onboarding.

Simple user interactions.

Easy of Use.
The interactive user sections enable easy access to most used sections. It enhances the resident importance of each aspect of the features in the route1 platform.
Every element designed as part of the overall user interface has been kept simple and functional. Being minimal and clutter-free was key.
